Yes. ACTA's membership digital card program offers enhanced benefits exclusively for ACTA members. Members gain access to special offers from travel suppliers and the MemberPerks© savings program, which features discounts from over 3,000 recognized national brands.

The following individuals are eligible for an ACTA Membership Digital Card:
  • Travel advisors employed by an ACTA member agency and included by the agency owner.
  • Travel advisors holding a valid Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) professional designation, working in an IATA/TIDS accredited agency.
  • Independent travel advisor members in good standing with ACTA.

All ID cards are now digital due to environmental impact. Physical ID cards are no longer created or sent. The process for receiving an ACTA Membership Digital Card varies slightly depending on your membership type:
  • For eligible employees of an IATA/TIDS accredited ACTA agency, the owner/manager must confirm your eligibility. The ACTA Membership Digital Cards are sent from the email address no-reply@acta.ca.
  • Certified Travel Counsellor (CTC) or Certified Travel Manager (CTM) renewals are completed online starting in November.
  • Independent travel advisor member renewals are completed online starting in November.

If you change your place of employment mid-year, please reach out to us at info@acta.ca to update your agency and email address. This will ensure you continue to receive emails from ACTA. Your membership will remain active for the full year, but we prefer to have you listed under your correct agency for next year's renewals.

If your name has changed, we will happily email you an updated card. To notify ACTA of a name change, please send an email to info@acta.ca.

In order to be eligible for an ACTA Membership Card, you must be actively working in an IATA/TIDS accredited agency.

If you need a digital ID card urgently for travel, please reach out to info@acta.ca. We can provide a digital ID card as long as you have renewed your membership and are with an IATA/TIDS agency. We can also provide a Membership Confirmation Letter if needed, which some suppliers may request. This service is provided at no charge.
